How to write a winning entry

Tips for a standout submission
Choose the right category

When preparing your submission, it’s important to choose the appropriate category from the start. After selecting it, take time to read through the criteria and clearly outline how your product or service meets each requirement. Give yourself plenty of time to evaluate your work and, if possible, involve team members who were working on the project. They’ll have the best insights into its goals, development, and the specific factors that contributed to its success.

Try and tell a story

To create an award-winning submission, we suggest telling a compelling story that will engage the judges. Consider these key points as you write your entry:

•  What is the purpose of your product, service, or technology?

•  What issue does it address?

•  Why is addressing this issue so important?

•  What challenges did you encounter along the way?

•  What makes it successful, and how have you measured that success? What supporting data can you provide?

•  What overall impact has your product, service, or technology achieved?

•  How does your solution improve upon or add value beyond what is currently available on the market?

Substantiate your claims with supporting evidence

While our judges are interested in hearing about your accomplishments, they are particularly interested in entries that are results-driven and backed by evidence.

Supporting Evidence:
Instead of making general statements like "we received positive feedback," strengthen your submission with supporting evidence. Consider including:

1. Market data demonstrating commercial success

2. Detailed product information and high-quality images

3. Descriptions of key deals and integration achievements

4. Relevant documentation, such as press releases, or study reports

5. Case studies and testimonials from satisfied customers

6. Information on any other awards, nominations, or recognitions
